R2200 per night (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people in 2 rooms)

LOW SEASON:           1 JUNE 2017 to 30 SEPTEMBER 2017
R1800 per night (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people in 2 rooms)
Excludes the Bastille Weekend 14 – 17 July 2017, where our 2016/17 high season rates apply

R2500 per night (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people in 2 rooms)

GENERAL POLICY

Check in between 14h00 – 17h00
Please notify us for special arrangements in the case of arrivals after 17h00
Check out by 10h00

Minimum 2 nights stay, any time of the year except for peak periods listed below:

  • Minimum 3 nights stay over Public Holiday long weekends
  • Minimum 5 night’s stay between 15 December – 5 January
  • Exceptions to these minimums are subject to management discretion

Maximum of 4 people staying at any time

Smoking only permitted outdoors
Rates are subject to change without notice
All standard terms and conditions apply
Guests are liable for any breakages or damages

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

Booking will only be confirmed once deposit has been paid
50% deposit within 48 hours of booking
50% balance due 30 days prior to check in
Bookings 30 days or less 100% deposit
All accommodation is to be paid in full prior to occupation
Payment can be made via EFT or by Credit Card (Mastercard / Visa)

CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

10% admin fee on total booking, regardless of notice period

60 – 46 days               50% of deposit
45 – 31 days               75% of deposit
30 – 15 days               100% of deposit
8 – 14 days                 75% of full rate
7 days or less             100% of full rate

In the event of early departure from Holly Tree, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged

Management (including employees, directors, officers and / or agents) will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness incurred or suffered by any guest or any third party arising in any way from their stay at the apartment or the use of premises, whether arising from negligence or any other cause.
